QUESTIONS

FAQ

How does this fit my AMO's training program?

Built to the human factors content requirements of Standard 573.06(3). AMOs adopt it through their own MPM training program, and the AMO decides how it is used.

How often do I need human factors training?

Your AMO's training program sets its own period. Your certificate is valid 3 years, and we recommend a yearly refresher.

Why is there no monthly billing?

Team plans are one yearly price, so all your seats are ready on day one. Add people any time during the year. Each person gets the full course, the final exam and a certificate. Seats you don't use roll over to the next year once, when your plan renews.

Does my manager get a copy of the certificate?

On a team plan, yes. When you add your team, you give us your manager's email. When each person passes the final exam, their certificate is emailed to that manager automatically, usually by the next morning. Individual buyers get their certificate by email and can pass it on themselves.

What if I don't pass the final exam?

You can review the lessons and retake it.

How long do I have access?

12 months from the day you enrol. That covers the recommended yearly refresher cycle.

Built by a licensed AME.

The course was built by Dan Kennedy, a Transport Canada licensed M1/M2 AME since 2016 who still works in the industry.
